This study aimed to explore biomarkers in Huntington’s disease (HD) using various multi-omics platforms to profile a selection of both clinical and preclinical samples. By employing both targeted and untargeted approaches in proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics, we sought to identify molecular signatures that could enhance understanding of disease progression and inform the development of targeted treatments.
