Did you know?
- Fungal diseases are a global catastrophe. Did you know that fungal diseases cause more deaths annually than TB or malaria?
- Globally, over 300 million people are afflicted with a serious fungal infection and 25 million are at high risk of dying or losing their sight.
- Immunosuppressed patients and those on chemotherapy are much more likely to catch a fatal fungal infection.
