Andrea’s career spans a variety of sectors, including global pharma, manufacturing, utilities, consumer, legal and financial services. She has led diverse teams in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific and has successfully delivered business value to SMEs, entrepreneurial start-ups, public and third-sector organisations, as well as global corporates.
Andrea has a background in technology and operational research. She also brings board and business advisory skills to MDC: working across teams to develop pragmatic business strategies and models, nurturing innovative ways of working, new services, and technologies.
Andrea will lead the Discovery, Project Delivery, Health & Safety and Facilities Management, enabling the delivery of MDC’s purpose – transforming great UK science into better treatments through partnership. Andrea will also be responsible for the development and delivery of MDC’s operational strategy.
